RecommendedI loved my time at Cardin and Miller! My back was so crooked from a slipped disc. I was in a ton of pain and they helped straighten me out and get me on the road to recovery. I have always been a physically fit person, and yet after my first and then again after my second pregnancies, my back "went out". Prior to PT I tried doing my normal physical exercise but would end up hurting myself (and I wasn't even doing anything extreme!). I have been seen by 2 of the physical therapists at 2 different locations and was extremely pleased and impressed. Both instances were great experiences that I was treated very well, given education on my issue as well as treatment and a home plan that improved my physical function and helped me prevent future injury. Buyer beware, they do not honor their refund policy for custom orthotics, lost $350. Front office staff was rude when I attempted to explain that said orthotics did not work after a 3 month trial and 2 modifications. Wanted me to keep coming back, spending time and money until they got it right.
I went in with a foot issue, had 3 repeat visits. I was not specifically told I was discharged; was told I should call with any issues. Returned to schedule an appt., was refused treatment. Incorrect orthotics, continued pain in foot. Would NOT recommend them to anyone. Very disappointed in their staff.
Steve has been great at helping with all of my feet issues through the years, recovery from an accident and surgery, and a ruptured disc in my back. Shannon was a godsend in helping me recover from Bell’s Palsy. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
After they had checked with my insurance I was told that I would only need to cover my copay. Now I’m stuck with a bill and was misdiagnosed. Side note, the staff was very nice.
