Good location but not so great inside Gym needs updating, don't like the cameras that are on in the gym. Seems everyone in the place was paying a different rate. Not joining until things improve here.......
really liked their classes One of my friends lives in Cariff by the Seas and was able to get me a free week's pass to the Cardiffit Gym. I took their Vinyas Flow class and even tried the Ashtanga - whew! The Ashtanga kicked my butt, but in a good way. I liked this gym and the instructors.
