Just purchased a Vw rline turbo. Dealt with Lawrence who was friendly and helpful due to my circumstances. Nothing too much trouble. Ryan went over the car with me on day of collection. Excellent service.
Nice people doing a good job
I had a fantastic customer experience with James at VW Cardiff. I called with a fault that occurred on my car completely out of the blue, and within 24 hours they were able to diagnose the issue and replace the faulty part. James was great to deal with - communication was excellent and the service was incredibly prompt. I was especially grateful to have my car fixed so quickly, as another dealer couldn’t get me in for five days and, given the nature of the fault, I didn’t feel comfortable continuing to drive the car.
