Great customer service. Friendly but not pushy. One of the reasons I decided on the car I chose.
Terrible customer service. Went in for gearbox problem with vw not going into gear. The person working there told me the problem is pushing the gearstick to quick is the problem then proceeded to push the gearstick aggressively trying to show thats the problem. Epitome of unprofessional why try to do it again if thats what the problem is??
Where do I even start? The service department really needs to redo their customer service training. On May 23rd, my mum’s car was towed to this dealer via Volkswagen Roadside Assist because the clutch pedal went to the floor. The dealership quoted $4,799.85 to replace the clutch and flywheel—almost double what it would cost anywhere else. Do not recommend. We booked our car in as we had a mechanic look at it and found a few issues. Car is just out of warranty. Was told when booking it in they would cover it under “good will”. There were 3 issues we told them about. End of day, they are now charging us $132 to confirm the 3 issues we already told them. Not once did they say they would charge a fee for confirming what we already knew.
