Tried to attend on a Saturday, but they were closed. Even the front door states open until 4pm, but no one was there. Don't trust their website opening hours.
Lovely people and so caring
Based on all the good reviews, we brought our frail elderly cat Silver on a Sunday and Dr Cornwell was not very gentle when taking her out the carrier, but all he did was flick a bit of black stuff out of her paw with an antibiotic injection and said to come back in 2 weeks. If proper testing was done we would have been more prepared, but instead we took Silver to an emergency vet 5 days later and she passed 6 days after that. The ladies at Cardiff vet are absolutely amazing. We lost our big boy Hunter suddenly and they made the situation so much more bearable. From foot prints, having time outside together, a candle, his hair and letting us have the space we needed especially with our little boy with us meant a lot. The times we lose our animals that are like best friends are never easy but it made it that little bit more manageable. My son now lights his candle and smiles to Hunter his doggy. Thank you. 🙏
