Clueless systems that work against staff trying to get through long lists of patients. Dirty hospital areas, multiple public toilets with no soap to be found (this at a time when their inspection slammed hospital about cleanliness). Patient bathrooms/toilets poorly cleaned. Exec board must be completely out of the loop with what's going on on the ground.

If you can avoid this hospital, avoid it. I’ve had three experiences with this hospital in three years one of them being life threatening due to sepsis. And to be quiet frank. The only way I would describe every bit of it is neglect. Blue lighted due to sepsis, ti then be released 4 days later because they were moving the ward, told to go to my gp to get treatment, was only admitted to another hospital a week later.
