Almost impossible to get a hold of: - Spent half an hour on hold with no answer - Rang a different desk and got transferred back to hold - Got sent a direct number to call and it was not connected - Left a message + requested a call back and still no contact - Went physically in there and got told to make a booking for a certain date so they could order a replacement part made arrangements to bring the car in, left it there all day only to pick it up in the afternoon and to be told that they didn't have the replacement part ... read more
