Just purchased my amazing new 2026 Kia Sportage Hybrid Liam there was absolutely fantastic! His customer service is absolutely sensational, throughout the whole process he was kind, helpful, patient, polite, and very knowledgeable and finally trustworthy. Really disappointing experience with Kia Cardiff. They were friendly and helpful during the purchase process, but once the sale was done, the level of service dropped off significantly. At my first service, basic things were missed — the windscreen washer fluid wasn’t topped up, and I was upsold an extra $30 for a tyre rotation that was never actually done, which is incredibly frustrating.
