4 vehicles through Cardiff isuzu and I would avoid them. If someone at this dealership tells you something it is probably a lie. I bought 2 utes in November and we had absolutely nothing but issues from after we signed the paperwork. I honestly don't even know where to begin. The car buying experience was mostly ok, but trying to organise a service and generally communicate with the business is simply fraught with a total lack of interest by the staff. I purchased a new Isuzu MU-X for my wife in late 2024. We were told the vehicle was in and to come in “tomorrow” for pick up. No time was specified, just tomorrow.
