Purchased our Dmax in November 2023, had a quick smooth process BUT as soon as we got the car and had to book services in, get the visor replaced under warranty and get the Shim kit done. Was nothing but a stuff around and they are the hardest people to get through to. All the work to our car is getting done at Isuzu Rutherford now.
Took my car here after the worst customer service at Rutherford. They restored my faith in Isuzu. Very clear communication, listened to my concerns and actually actioned it. Car was back in the timeframe given. Couldn't fault at all
