Absolutely appalling service and customer support. The staff is very rude and does not care about the car and the customer at all. They put normal water instead of the washer fluid which is leaving water marks on the wind shield and they had the audacity to say that's what we do we are not another service centre. Thankfully there was no oil change involved on the first service, otherwise, it could have been disastrous. Not going back for another service, these guys can't be trusted
Stay away. Once money paid you’ll never hear from them again! Avoid lying salesmen at this dealership at all costs. Basically I found the car online, I’m on the Gold Coast dealership is in Newcastle agreed on a price for a car. I flew down and planned to drive the car home 8hrs. Jove the salesman I dealt with withheld information regarding damages to the car. I flew 800kms. To find the car he had described was not the car I had purchased. 2 doors serious damage. Good interaction and friendly service
Service department never answers the phone. Car is not cleaned/washed on service (other dealers do this, especially for new cars bought by Hyundai or whatever). Have to book 12mths in advance to get a hire car. No complementary service to bring you home/pick you up again even for older people. I won't buy new Hyundai again based on this experience.
