Excellent customer service, communication was easy, everything was low fuss and they helped me out with a loan car due to a problem getting to work. The mechanics seemed similarly professional and attentive.

Came on Sunday & again today. Not once was I greeted or acknowledged on either occasion. I came to buy a car knowing which I wanted but unfortunately it's a bit hard to buy a car when not a single person comes out to the yard to speak with you. I waited in the yard today for a good 10 minutes and after that decided I'd go to find the car at another dealership. Very nice people. Dave was very helpful right from the start of the deal until the day of delivery. Will definitely look to buy my second car here. Highly recommend this dealership over any of the Sydney ones for sure. These guys are very professional and reliable.
