Very rude receptionist I witnessed them refuse treatment for a 3 year old little girl with severe eye swelling. Was so disgusted I walked out
Beyond poor care. Beyond poor manner from receptionists. Sub par general practice that badly needs to be shut down. Horrific experience with NDIS participants as a support worker.
Times are tough right now, the staff know they badly need more doctors, & are bravely struggling on with what they have. They do their best to look after us, despite their limited resources. Our son has special needs & a long history of ear trouble & they get him in for his checkups & antibiotics asap, though that is harder to achieve now than it used to be. Over the last 14 years, I've enjoyed great working friendships with Dr Tracy & the reception staff, and dread the idea of ever having to start again elsewhere!😵😖😬
