Not honoring their contracted commitments for items to be addressed on car I purchased. Not returning my calls or emails I recommend to be careful before paying them any deposits and have all agreed work completed first
Been waiting for 12 months for a recall part for my Ford Puma. 2 services & 2 separate attempts to arrange to bring it in, just for them to say sorry we don’t have that part. SORRY. Then they ring and say your part is in this time. No sorry where now not sure, we will check. Then never ring back. So unprofessional there are not words. Feel like I am being punked. We have bought 4 cars from cardiff ford and the service was good but the last car we bought was very bad service the Sales man called David said he will get us a service book for the car 7 months down the line still no service book.i want to sell my car and they want service history but cardiff ford can not supply it for me after I was told they will get it for me very very bad service and I am still waiting for my headrest that he promised us.
