Dr. Mehta has been my doctor for 15 years, has always listened and always double checks my symptoms, follow up ect.. Mehta is now my daughters GP and I couldn’t fault her. Reception women are lovely, I am always welcomed with a smile and they always double check to make sure my details are up to date. I have noticed waiting times can be quiet long however the women let me know as soon as I arrive or phone me prior to appointment. receptionist was rude, refused my 4 year old daughter medication attention, she was to lazy to put her in their system so sent her away, when it was the pharmacy next door that took us there as it was an emergency, it’s disgusting behaviour
Dr Mehta has been our family Doctor for years always puts me at ease when i leave her practice very professional and caring I recommend Dr Mehta she is wonderful!!
every single time i come here i wait minimum hour and a half after my scheduled time and they don’t apologise for it. should time the appt further apart because the wait time is absolutely ridiculous
