Quite happy with our overnight stay here..the air con was on when we arrived which is always a nice touch..clean and tidy and equipped with decent appliances ...fridge aircon etc but unfortunately we could not find a plug for the spa so we couldn't use it which was disappointing but apart from that all good .
Do not stay with this company and DO NOT book through Stayz!!! No customer service, misrepresentation of fees and charges, when trying to speak to someone about check in we waited on hold for 45 minutes and got nowhere. Unable to check in until an hour later a text message came through with a check in code. We were told the room was pet friendly and room rate included pet surcharge. Very disappointed with the management. Urgently needed a room with my brother dying near by. The receptionist was great but the manager could not even bother contacting me when I needed to leave 3 days early due to the death of my brother. Heartless individual couldn't even respond about a partial refund. Wont recommend this place as it was noisy and nothing executive about it.
