There is having a dirty room and dishes but C'mon man you did not even walk into the apartment.... Could smell it as soon as you walk in the front door.

Save yourself the stress and book elsewhere!! This property was nothing like advertised. The tiny one-bedroom apartment was in a poor and unsafe condition: a hole in the wall, the toilet door had been completely removed, and the range hood was dirty and unhygienic. Overall cleanliness and maintenance were unacceptable. Absolutely appalled with this place! The photos do not match the apartment bookings (they blame this on a system error) however it is false advertising. The manager Tony is extremely rude and arrogant. We were given an apartment that looked nothing like what we booked. We booked a two storey apartment and were given a single floor apartment, the extra bed was not made up upon arrival and the apartment was dirty. We rented 2 villas last weekend for guests for wedding. Both were not ready at check in time. Wrong code given for one. Both dirty floors. Dirty windows filthy outdoor areas. Stained bed linen. One toilet could not be flushed in laundry. In one villa when oven turned on there was terrible fishy smell and smoke filled air. Toaster was broken, dirt and dead cockroaches under lounges. Would not ad ise anyone to stay here at all.

We booked two units, cleaners turned us away when we went to check in at 3pm. Both units were filthy, dirt under lounges and dead cockroaches, blood stained sheets and pillow cases, no tea towel, toaster with a broken handle, oven was filthy and stunk when turned on smoke filled the apartment. Windows were so filthy, garage needs a good sweep, toilet wasn't refilling when flushed, iron had black marks under it so was unable to use as stained clothing.
