So far we have been living in this property for about 3 to 4 months. I’m really happy about this property. The property is convenient to major freeways, John Hopkins, airport, and train station. Cindy, the office manager is fantastic. We had couple of maintenance issue at beginning, She took care of everything quickly. She’s always warm and welcoming! They have people clean the hallway, front entrance glasses regularly, The property looks nice and clean.
Cardiff Charles is a beautiful and quant community. The property manager Cindy keeps the place immaculate! She walks the property daily, and makes sure it is always appealing. The property is nearly always occupied so you’re VERY fortunate if you’re able to get an apartment here! Cindy is the best!
I’ve been living here for the last 3 years and never had an issue. Easy and quick access to 83 and 695.
I have lived here for more than six years, because I have to leave because I bought a house. The environment here is very beautiful and clean, and the living is very safe. The property manager is a very good person, she can help me solve all the difficulties, I miss it very much! This must be the best place to live for you!
When moving into Cardiff Chales Apartments, I immediately noticed how well-taken care of the complex looked. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean, with new paint and new carpet. I have traveled the world and stayed in many places, but I have never seen anything this clean. I can tell the management takes pride in their property and treats it as if it were their own. I would recommend it without any hesitation.
