Disgusting service. Paid upfront £2k for a wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses to have a random text message saying not to contact them as they’ve gone bust! They knew this was happening. They cancelled my wedding dress fitting 2 weeks earlier saying the dress hadn’t been delivered as expected. When speaking to the designer, they confirmed that the dress wasn’t delivered as they were not paid! Had an amazing experience at Cardiff Bridal Centre with Katie. Firstly, impeccable correspondence. I was always replied to very quickly, I even changed an appointment, and it was handled straight away. Immediately felt at ease upon entry, despite being a bag of nerves due to bad prior experiences. Katie was so warm, friendly and genuine, I felt instantly comfortable with her. She made the process of finding and trying on dresses so much easier and more comfortable than I had found previously. Had the most wonderful appointment with Safi yesterday she was extremely helpful and had a lovely manor about her, really made me feel at ease and helped me say yes to the dress! Plenty of choice of dresses to choose from and some beautiful designers. Thank you xx

I had an amazing experience at Cardiff Bridal & Prom Centre choosing a prom dress for prom in June. Katie helped me choose the perfect dress and she was lovely.
