Today I had my S1000RR 2023 600miles service. I had few observations regarding my bike and because they had to check few more bits Chris have been really nice and offered me a curtesy bike , same model to cover me up for few hours . Thank you very much!
Awful service from Chris Eady! False Promises, do not believe a word he says! Will promise you everything and do nothing! Can talk the talk but definitely cannot walk the walk! Treatment of Customers is appalling from him! Anyone that wants proof contact my email, I have Video and Photo evidence of this! Stay Clear will take your money but wont ever help afterwards. Shame he is putting such a bad name to Mark Collings' business. As an army veteran I have never had a service as poor as this.
