On hold for 15 minutes then the line dropped out, called back and sat on hold for another the minutes and no one answered. USELESS
I had an accident where the passenger mirror and doors were damaged. The lady who runs Cardiff Wreckers, Dianne, ensured the original interior linings of the original door were retained to keep the colour scheme matching and also had her staff polish off other scratches to panels adjacent to doors. Very professional, Cost very reasonable and service prompt. Couldn't have been more pleased.
These wreckers wanted a deposit when I ordered a seat from them saying it will arrive in 2 days from my first phone call. I gave these geniuses my model of the seat to the point to ensure I get the right seat. I waited a whole week instead, and on the day it was meant to be installed in my car, these crackers delayed the arrival another 3 times. I just called to ask if they had a part for my car. A lady answered. She wanted my car plate and when I gave it she hanged up. I called back and said the line disconnected and she said I told you I would ring you back and I said no you didn’t because I didn’t hear it. She said I’ll call you back and hanged up on me again. Very rude. And it’s too early in the morning to be dealing with that sort of attitude.first time ringing this place.
