Can not thank these guys enough for their help in a terrible situation. They were fast and were polite and answered all our questions.
Prompt communication when I enquired about disposing of my car. Easy negotiation on price. Scheduled pick up of the car was arranged and the driver was ten minutes early. Payment received within 15min of my car being collected.
I just called to inquire about getting a new wheel for my car after it had been stolen. When I called the lady working in parts answered with “Wreckers”, did not provide her name, no “how are you?”. I also want to preface that I do not know much about cars and when she asked what type of wheel or the size I was unsure. I agree with all the other post. Useless the lot of them and the new location. Poor communication, poor staff and omg can’t keep track of what they have it’s NO for me
