My daughter rented from Cardiff for three years. She provided a 60 plus day notice to move out. We were in the office not once but 4 times to 1, make sure the notice was received as it was hand delivered but then they did not remember they put it in a paper file and 2. Specifically ask about move out procedures, charges etc and nothing was mentioned other than if there are holes in the wall they must be patched.
