The office staff seems unprofessional and to struggle doing their job. Waited for months for my appointment only to arrive for my appointment and be told they didnt have authorization from the wrong insurance even though I went in weeks prior with my paperwork and proper insurance card. They moved my appt out a week. Today was the rescheduled appt and they just called a half hour before my appt to tell me they still didnt get the authorization. Not happy, been trying to get a prescription refilled, just about out and current precipitation has expired per OptumRx…. Have left multiple phone messages, no response. When to office I Leesburg at 2:45 on Friday 12/19… for door had sign stating closing at 5pm, went in saw sign saying at lunch … waited until 3:05 pm no one came to the front reception area…so left then called again and left message then returned and front door was locked. Been seeing Dr Bhatta since the early 2000s a great doctor very concerned about his patients does an excellent job and I have the utter most confidence and respect for him.

Cannot reach anyone by phone, left messages for Dr Faraj with Diane twice, emailed and sent letter to have test results faxed to my primary care physician in my home town. Never received a call back. Called again this morning and left another message. Their website said account suspended!! Very dissatisfied with this cardiologist.
