I made an appointment for a mammogram and after I had procedure, the lady told me I needed to get a ultrasound. She told me to wait and she would be back to get me once she received the authorization. Needless to say, I received a bill from my insurance for 650-. Yes, this was my cost after the authorization. They never told me that I could possibly be charged additional charges.
