This facility is the nicest facility that I have ever had the pleasure to stay out the physical therapy staff were top of the line and caring about everything, and the staff that runs the Rehab Nursing Home are also the best as well as the three different ships that take care of you while you're in your room. The food was good also I must say for the most part I can't complain about anything that's why the rating is five stars they are absolutely the best.
this place sucks and it’s disgusting. about 90% of the staff is rude, majority of them act like they hate their job and they take it out on residents . Only a handful of aides and nurses are actually nice and care. they will leave your loved one sick and ignore your family asking for help, they’ll leave your loved one in soiled diapers and be hours late on medications. A lot of the time they will leave the floor completely understaffed and have NO NURSE at all on the floor at times . if an aide goes on break, guess what? you... read more
