So far, a wretched experience trying to even book an appointment. I was told that one could not be made without a referral, even though my insurance does not require one and they were made aware of that. Now, it has been a full week of them having a referral and I still am unable to make an appointment. Even though they confirm that have had it, it is "being processed" and there is "nothing they can do" until it is. I have been on hold for 1 hour, transfered over from the VM clinic because you guys dont talk to each other for appointments, 1 hour i have been on hold they close in 4 minutes.......
