The clinic is good, the staff is nice and warm but this charlotte ai thing is very annoying. Nobody picks up the call even after several calls. They don’t even call back. I understand clinics can get backed up due to high demand, but atleast have the courtesy to pick up the call and talk to your patients for 2 mins. That’s all it takes to reassure and calm them down. Please start picking up calls.
