This place might be OK if you don't need your records transferred anywhere. I asked this practice help me, as I needed my records sent to the FAA. They said they would. I provided details, of what to send, from the FAA. The FAA reviewed and rejected as insufficient. This is after a 2-month wait for review. On the 2nd attempt, I personally collected the the records (a pain), and sent myself. I am not a cardiologist, so I couldn't evaluate what CCA gave me.
