Cardiac Care with Dr. Patel is excellent. But an attending Cardiologist came to the office to see patients for a 2nd Consultation. The process is completely ludicrous. The waiting room was overflowing with patients trying to register online so all Internet connections were so slow because patients who were supposed to have been notified online at home to pre-register for appointments didn't happen and the whole waiting room was busy overloading the Internet. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!
My wife and I have both been to Cardiac Care. Every person in this office is great. You can tell by the upbeat atmosphere they all get along well. Dr. Patel and PA Matt are excellent at what they do and very patient. Dr. Patel will take the time to teach you about all things heart related! Big thanks to all of you!
I wouldn’t advise anyone to go to this “Doctor”! Reason being is that on this first visit, I was met with unprofessional treatment and hostility! I’m a person who believes in natural healing, and that western medicine has its place too… but; with this office it’s not. He basically told me that natural medicine has no place and if I wasn’t willing to do EXACTLY what he said… then he wouldn’t even consider treating me! He’s NOT God! Beware and be aware!
I came in very nervous after an event that landed me in the ER, and Matt was excellent. I left feeling much calmer and like I'm in good hands. The office staff was very professional and pleasant. Thank you for getting me in quickly and taking care of me- (shirley)
I only had a week to get cleared to have knee surgery. VA found this office, they fit me in and got all my tests done. Very nice and professional staff. All my questions wether it was staff or Dr were answered clearly so I could understand. Would recommend them to anyone.
