Bad services , they harrase their patients and treat them poorly
They are very mean there, and treat people poorly. The medical assistants are rude.
I have been a patient of this practice since 2021. The doctors I've dealt with are Rosman and Kloosterman. I have always had good experiences, and I would highly recommend this practice.
I rarely leave reviews, but my experience here was frustrating. I waited nearly two hours past my appointment time, only to get my blood pressure and EKG done. I never saw a doctor or an NP. I left without a diagnosis and no next steps. They scheduled me for a tilt test in May and never told me my doctor was out of town. I was promised a same-day call with results that never came.
