Fantastic experience dealing with the Manager KYLE. I drove down from Canada for some grocery shopping but brought down some cards to sell. He was very kind and took his time to appraise my vintage Pokemon Cards. Cannot wait to visit again!
A great selection of Pokemon cards that don’t break the bank. Prices are pretty fair compared to TCG low and I’ve always had pleasant interactions with their employees. Was about to place an order for a pre release box on their website, decided to call them before hand since i couldnt make it to the event itself i wanted to make sure i could get a pre release stamped card. So Before hitting confirm on the order I gave them a ring on the phone, the lady then tells me i have to be at the event to pick up something even if i order it online and picked it up the day after, Nothing on their website states You have to participate in the event in order to receive the items you already purchased so... read more
Placed an order for a item that was on stock at the time. Within the next few days they refunded order. No notification as the reason why. If you don't have the item in stock, please update your online inventory
