Staff were great. Helped me find cards which was helpful. Also assisted me to put together some balloons for my occasion. They looked lovely very pleased.

The Employee's at the Store at Card Factory, Sutton on 29th of May 2026 at 16:28PM was very rude and made me pay twice for the items i bought in the store. Was racist and rude.
