On behalf of my wife. I went to the Colwyn Bay shop with my grandson about a month ago. Arrived as the shop was opening. Manager told me to wait as he put some stands out. He was very abrupt! Asked where the Anniversary cards were and he waved his hand and said quite rudely "over there under the wedding sign". At this point I could not see the sign as I was at the door which I explained.
