Realmente no daría ni 1 estrella, compre un Mercedes nuevo pagado al contado.. el servicio del trato al cliente es del mas pesimo, cuando lleve el carro a servicio me dan Toyota prestado, y en otros lugares prestan el mismo vehículo que compras.. y no me dejan salir de la ciudad con el carro de ellos.. ??y me pregunto yo.. y mis negocios fuera de la ciudad que?. más vergonzoso es que cuando entregó el Toyota me revisan la refacción y el gato..y me han dicho que le faltan cosas a su toyota, te hacen sentir mal y que eres un l... read more

My experience with the service department was extremely poor. I have no confidence in their technical abilities and felt like I was being blamed for each issue in question. They do not consistently answer their phones and you will be hung up on accidentally multiple times. Your vehicle will be dirty on return and possibly have cosmetic damage. Please avoid.

We recently bought a 2013 Highlander from Cardenas and are very pleased with the service we received from all of the staff. Brian was very pleasant to work with and he listened to our needs with regards to a vehicle. They worked with us to establish an agreeable trade and financing. We never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. We would definitely purchase from them again and recommend them to our family and friends.
