Muy mal servicio hice mi pago de agua 09/02/25 a las 4:11pm y no confirmaron mi pago y hoy/03/2025 vine a qué me lo confirmaron y no quisieron porque según ya estaba cerrado la mujer que me atendió y una estrella aún es mucho, si ustedes no están disponibles y capacitados creo que deben buscar personas capacitadas, y decir que no pueden hacerlo no tienen que hacer perder tiempo a las personas si estoy muy enojada ocupo el agua

Why is it that cardenas is hiring people that aren't friendly and willing to help the customers! I'm handicapped and was getting water and instead of offering to help the rude lady practically hits us and passes by like nothing! But I assume that's her job to stand around at the entrance and do NOTHING just talking and drinking agua de Jamaica like your on your break! Great job Cardenas not shopping there anymore!
