I did my taxes for 2023 with them and was notified that the state of MD nor IRS had any record of the electronic filing. I have called their offices multiple times since October of 2024 when the problem was discovered and NEVER received a call back. In fact, their "receptionists" often brushed me off the phone claiming the office was full and "someone will call me back". It is now March 2025 and I have yet to hear a peep out of them. I had to refile the forms again, even though I PAID these people to do it last year!
