Not only are they absolutely venomous about late payments, they also refuse to fix any problems you have in an apartment rented from them! Absolutely avoid these people at all costs. Imagine running a rental facility and ignoring any and all needs from your renters.:)
Back in 2012/2013, I rented a one-bedroom and later a two-bedroom apartment from Carden Rentals. The rent was very reasonable, but both units were old and terribly run down. The carpets were filthy and the walls had not been painted in many years. The corners were full of cobwebs and the once white paint had faded to an ugly grayish white. This by far is a very unprofetional and a bad place for anyone to live. The place is very outdated and in need of improvement I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
