I had this company install a unit about 1 year ago that cost 15,000 dollars. I requested a service appointment for them to troubleshoot my cooling issue as the unit is new and not cooling. They came out and charged me 75 dollars to walk in the door, then 0.5 labor hours that cost an additional 65 dollars just to tell me that someone cut the grass while it was running and is now dirty. Great service but costly for me
Absolutely outstanding service! They arrived quickly, diagnosed the issue right away, and had everything back up and running in no time. Not only were they fast, but they were also professional, respectful, and clearly knew what they were doing. It’s rare to find customer service this smooth and efficient. I truly appreciate their work and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again. Thank you for making a stressful situation so easy to deal with!
Very very nice and reliable people. We went a whole month without ac after calling two people that never showed up so we called this company and they sent someone out to give an estimate. Just to have them come out the next morning and put whole new ac in before lunch!
