I have to post a follow up from my earlier review of DAS Trucks because I'm just so impressed with this company. I bought a used 2019 Ford Transit for my company in Oct. 2024 and they were completely fantastic the entire way through the process. Sold us a truck with an after market catalytic converter. Triggered the CEL within 100 miles and refused to do anything about it. Bad business!
I’m a private broker and had a client searching for a very specific Transit work van. After looking everywhere, I came across Das Trucks and was connected with Omar. Do NOT buy a vehicle from this place! They are conmen. They swapped out an old catalytic converter with a failing aftermarket one in a next to new vehicle. Couldn't see in the initial inspection because they welded a cage around it and painted it. Stating it was to prevent theft. However that was a lie. Not only 100 miles down the road the check engine light came on 0420. When brought to their attention they ignored our emails, phone calls, and texts. We are currently in a lawsuit with this company because of these business ... read more
They sold us a truck that failed within the first 100 miles and did not honor the warranty. Turns out they had swapped the catalytic converter and then tried to hide what they did by welding a cage around it.
