Poor delivery service and garbage product! Enough said! The pictures speak for themselves. Both Menards in Bradley and Cardell Cabinetry can care less about their customers.
I recently purchased cardell cabinets from menards. Horrible experience on both sides. My corner wall cabinet wasn't built square, so not all the shelves fit. Sanded the one down to fit. Multiple spots were the glue set before it was properly staples or pressed together. Causing the styles to bow. A few big holes or defects, in the manufacturing process. Wood filler was used to cover. Got a 12 inch wide cookie sheet cabinet. The single divider is crooked. There plastic inserts for the hinges will spin when removing the doors... read more
Built my own cabinets and my wife liked the color of of one of there cabinets at Menards. So I called the factory to see if I could buy the stain. At $80. A quart I bought 4 only to find out it wasn’t even close. After the fact they tell me that it will never match because they stain it then bake it. After that they spray a top coat on them. DO YOU THINK THEY CAN TELL YOU THAT BEFORE YOU BUY THERE STAIN?
Poor quality control. There was no way to adjust the drawers for proper fit. After doing what they told me to do the drawers were still out of wack. Had to remove the screws from the slides, fill in the holes, then redrill the holes in the correct place and install screws.. there is no way to adjust side to side, so am I supposed to just live with it? Very unhappy with this company. They lost/ didn’t make two 2in spacer for the cabinets I ordered. Then they wanted me to wait another 2-3 weeks for the part. Finally, which really put my over was, they separate my order and wanted me to wait another 4 weeks for the back paneling. I will never us this cabinet company again
