My advice to anyone considering getting a home, condo or townhome build by Cardel Home is to stay away. After we bought our townhome, the builder was still on site completing another townhome build. After they complete everything, we ended up with lots of issues including irrigation, sewage system, and many other issues. When the management board and management company tried to contact Cardel, They refuse to fix these issues and decline any other options to make them accountable for fixing them.
