Our house is OK. But the lack of compassion and understanding by the company is what gives them a 2-star in my opinion. Our house doesn’t have a direct sidewalk to it from the front of our house. If you walk to the right, that neighbors sidewalk is gated off. If you walk to the left, that neighbors sidewalk dumps you into rocks and grass, of which, nothing goes to our actual house. This review would be one star if it weren’t for the actual construction of the home which seems fine. Cardel projected the home to be finished at end of first quarter 2022. The home was completed and closed at the end of 2nd quarter. Cardel’s construction delays caused me to lose my 6-month rate lock during extreme rate hikes, so this home now costs me significantly more now each month than it would have if they had finished on time—or even close to it.
