My advice to anyone considering getting a home, condo or townhome build by Cardel Home is to stay away. After we bought our townhome, the builder was still on site completing another townhome build. After they complete everything, we ended up with lots of issues including irrigation, sewage system, and many other issues. For the cost of the quality delivered is very questionable. The warranty office a complete mess and the management of the neighborhood although the manager tries very hard, is subpar due to the contractor they apply. I would bet very hard the contract prior to signing as the sales people tell you what you want to hear. I love my floor plan but had I known all these issues I would not have build with them.
Once the home was closed on, my perception is that Cardel Homes disappeared and was not concerned about any of the homeowners issues. Love the neighbors and where we are, very disappointed in how Cardel Homes handled issues. My advice would be to get any promises made in writing as the salesperson made some statements that were flat out lies.
Warranty issues will never be addressed nor will any of your emails/requests for information be answered.
Their lack of customer service is nil. Do not take care of warranty issues. I have taken off work 3 different times and no one shows up to do the work.
ZERO STARS I live in a new Cardel home development. Almost if not all of these homes have gutter issues. The worst being our front porches always have water on them when it rains or snows which of course results in icy conditions in the winter. This is my third new home purchase. The first two were amazing experiences. I have never experienced such chaos in my life until I purchased a Cardel home. So many people in my community are experiencing warranty issues that never seem to be addressed therefore not resolved. The truth is our phone calls and emails are ignored. It has been a very frustrating experience for so many of us.

I am currently having a house built with Cardel Homes. There have been multiple mistakes made to include: 1) The concrete was put in wrong. Mr. ******* is correct that there are many outstanding framing issues in the house that we are building for him. What we would like him to understand, though, is that these issues are present because the framer has not yet finished framing his house. When we build a home, the framers first frame the shell of the home and the interior rooms.
