Our recent sale of our property with Cardamone was an EXCELLENT experience! We cannot praise Peter and Mark highly enough for their professionalism, honesty and attention to detail. The main reason we went with Cardamone was TRUST we trusted this company to look after the sale properly . Nothing was ever a hassle for either Peter or Mark and we were 100% supported throughout the process! Our property ended up selling in a little under 2 weeks off market . And yes Mark you are both a Million dollars !
Cardamone Real Estate consistently ignores basic maintenance requests and hides behind "minimum standards" instead of providing proper service. Communication is dismissive and shows little regard for tenant comfort or safety. Would not recommend.
Peter was Over exaggerated, over price estimates my property just to list my home for selling. Shown me that he has some business buyers to buy my property, I believed him and let him sell the house. After signing contract, very poor communication, no message back or let me know if someone will come to inspect the house while I’m in the house sometimes. on the first open day there was no one shown up due to price too high. Disappointed to say the least… we were first home buyers and were wanting to inspect a property a few months back now. Agent was 15 mins late and had the wrong keys for the house. i was understanding at the time as mistakes happen. Peter assured me he would contact us the following Monday to organise another time to have a look at the house. never heard back from him. sent emails requesting an inspection for another property also rang a few times to follow up as i hadn’t heard anything. receptionists told me they would pass ... read more
