Shady place. My girlfriend and her kids and I went in. The one employee scanned a pack of cards and told her $5 per pack. About 10 minutes later when we went to pay and leave, the other guy said they were $35 a pack and couldn’t sell her more than one pack. Also we have just left Walmart where they had the same sets of Magic cards for $29 but they wanted $45 for the same set. The store ended up coming clean on prices but I dislike places trying to prey on moms thinking their pay more for their kids.
Wow......... This shop has a large collection of Pokemon, but $38 for the newly released Ascended Heroes Tech Sticker Collection is insane. That's worse than Gamestop which is already considered scalper prices. I will take my support elsewhere.
1st time at this card shop and will be back!!! Owner was great and super nice chatting with. Had lots in common and both played college baseball. My 1st trip and found some insane luck!!!! Spent about 125$. My first Phantasmal Flames box and hit the holy grail. The GOLD CHARIZARD! New to collecting modern day Pokemon and apparently it’s a 1 in 1,260 packs odds. Absolutely getting this graded and adding to personal collection.
