Totally underwhelming experience. We had our vehicle booked in for over 4 wks (they were busy, totally understandable), we confirmed our booking the day before after discussing with the service manager, if we got there before 8am it would be the first attended to. Well…… vehicle dropped off at 7:30am, 12:30 drive by, car not moved, 3:30 follow up phone call by us, car has not been touched. After enquiry, missing part! They expect us to bring it back again! I found car comm so easy to deal with ,nothing was a problem, there work was excellent, they go above and beyond to source your problems and fix the in a timely manner, i cannot recommend the staff highly enough, mitchell took all my solor worries away so I could continue our travels, thanks so much for all your help mitchell
