Bought a car from Carcart in April. It developed an issue with the AC two weeks after I bought the car. It has been back and forth to their prep site in the past 4 weeks and the issue has not been resolved. As much as I was happy with the Sales Team, the Post Sales team have been making promises to fix it for past two weeks, however the issue remains as is and the car is still with them since past 10 working days. Extremely unhappy with the unprofessional service provided.

Sorry to have to write this, but we purchased a car back in January 2025 and due to and incident in the car park with the car that we purchased, we had to have a new bonnet put on the car at our expense which we agreed to . However, it is now June 2025 and the so called “high standard of work” carried out by themselves is showing as the bonnet is rusting and peeling when it’s not 7 months old. Sohail came out to view the car I had sold on Carwow. He was very professional, polite and kept me well informed. Great experience !
