Hi neighbors just my experience briefly with Roda Car Repair. This company that has been heavily promoted in our area and due to my schedule, I decided to give them a try. The company pick up and drop off your vehicle and I felt like that was a Pro of the company. I am currently located at City Ridge where our cars are located in a secured parking garage. My first time using Roda. My battery died and my car couldn’t start, even after a jump. Once I booked an appointment, it was so easy going. Car was picked up, battery replaced, car returned in 2 days. Convenient and easy. I will use Roda again.
Friendly staff, straightforward process, barely had to talk to a soul outside of valet dropoff and pickup - everything handled over text = no pressure
Put me on hold for 5 minutes and then went to voicemail. Wasted my time. Won’t be calling back.
