I don't typically leave reviews, but after getting my car detailed (Ultimate) today, I would recommend their services. Price was great, and when they say restoring to showroom quality, they didn't disappoint. They cleaned every crevice, including the hard spots around around the media controls, and treated all of the interior surfaces.
They couldn’t order parts for my specific vehicle, but took on the diagnosis anyways. When I asked for the vehicle back they apologized for the inconvenience promised to give my car back the same day. My vehicle is currently sitting on the street unlocked after hours, presumably all night.
I took my 2018 Jeep Compass, standard transmission to Roda for an oil change. The service was fantastic and I was out of there in a very short time. Everyone was friendly. I will go back to Roda when I need my car serviced.
Good experience. Just wanted an oil change and they didn't try to oversell other services, which almost never happens. Since it was the first time I've gone there, the oil change was $60. Normally, it's $80.
I am very unhappy with the service here. I kept seeing their 20% off advertisement, so I decided to give them a try. I arrived at 9:30 AM to drop off my 2021 RAV4 at the Roda Rockville Pike location. The gentleman at the front desk confirmed my appointment and assured me that my requested services (an oil change and brake fluid exchange) would be completed by noon or 1:00 PM.
