Roda is one of the best services I've had all year. They came to my house, towed my vehicle to their location free of charge, fixed my car in 3 hours and dropped it back off to my job the very next day. They even cleaned my car. I thoroughly appreciate the service and will only be using them moving forward. My advisor Michael kept me updated about my vehicle's repair status every step of the way.
UPDATE 10/29/25: After the public shaming here, I did hear back and was told I'd get a refund for the other shop fixing the safety/overheating issue Roda caused, but after weeks of back and forth, they're still making excuses for not issuing a refund. UPDATE 10/8/25: Contrary to their response here, no one ever tried to contact me. They are fine with a customer going through all of this because of their gross incompetence. Great service, friendly customer support staff, and nice atmosphere. Shout out to Michael the guy behind the computer, the mechanics, and the other guy behind the computer. As a bonus the mechanic shop is located in a shopping area where I could get food, shop, and hang around while Roda staff worked on my car. I came here twice. The first time was to rotate my wheels for the reasonable price of $50. The other time was for an oil change. I also got discounts. I would definitely come back here to get more car services.
Genuinely the most convenient and well priced service. Easy and clear communication. Amazing convenience, kind people.
Customer service was outstanding working with me on the repairs that needed to be done within my budget with clear and accurate instructions on what would be the best solution for the situation for the car And how they responded in a timely fashion on phone calls and coming to my house to pick up and drop off my car and that they clean up the car and looks and functions great I will highly recommend the company to anyone who is in need
