Great service, great communication and super friendly team. Everything was explained well and the service was completed promptly once scheduled. Definitely returning to make Car care our regular service spot for our BMW.

They went above and beyond. Hayden was the technician that helped me. He was very upfront about costs. He even let me know the things that could wait to get a few things fixed and didn’t have to be done right now. I asked him if it would be done by a certain time and he called around to see if the parts where closer and it completely fixed in the time I needed. He went above and beyond. I highly recommended them, especially Hayden.
Very professional shop and everyone there was so nice to deal with. Hayden and Chris made sure that all my needs were met with the repairs to my Audi. I highly recommend this shop to anyone with an Audi over the dealership.
My first experience with CarCare of Hendersonville and I was impressed. I felt like my Range Rover was in good hands as soon as I walked into their sparkling clean and organized waiting room and was greeted by a very nice young lady. (Sorry I didn’t get her name.) Throughout the repairs, Hayden kept me well informed every step of the way, both by text and face to face. I’ll certainly be back!
