Very professional and quality work. Jake was personable and accommodating and kept me updated on progress, especially since they had the vehicle for 3 days due to waiting for a part. Nice, clean waiting area with comfortable seats, a TV and reading material. Everyone I encountered was pleasant and helpful. It seems to have very organized, modern processes like a big organization, but deals with customers more like a small, personalized shop that takes good care of its customers.
Jake was very helpful and easy to work. He went out of his way to help me. He took my car to another location as a complimentary service to me. I will definitely work with him and his team again. Thanks so much Jake!
