This week was our second experience with the CarCare team and I highly recommend them to anyone who has a European vehicle. They are informational and pretty good on keeping you updated, the only thing that is a little frustrating is they cant give you a exact window to pick your vehicle up, but it is stressful for me bc we both work and habe kids to get from school, etc so we have to plan. But overall they are very friendly. We used a warranty for our repairs and got just about everything covered under it. Very pleased with that.
