Excellent service! Driving to Lake Placid from Miami the tire pressure light came on “low pressure” and we noticed the tire was worn out on the inside with wires exposed! Luckily, we were coming up in the Lake Placid area with tire shops nearby. A Google search led us to this shop. Maria in the office was very nice and helpful. Another stroke of luck, they happened to have 1 of my sized tire in stock.Luis changed the tire in lightning speed and we were back on the road in 15 mins! Amazing and highly recommend.
Do not go here unless you want a flat tire put on your car and then be denied a refund. My experience was extremely disappointing. The customer service was poor, and they refused to take responsibility or make things right. I would not recommend this business based on my experience. They don’t even deserve the one star I had to put a star to post this
We had an amazing experience with Carcamo’s Tires when we were stranded about two hours from home. What could have been a really stressful situation turned into such a positive experience thanks to Maria (the owner) and her team. Amazing people, fixed my tire fast, and were above and beyond , very thankful there is still kind people out here , I wouldn’t go anywhere else if I needed a tire changed !
The staff is welcoming and friendly. The prices are extremely competitive and the work is superb. Very efficient. I would highly recommend for tires and oil changing this place is hands-down the best overall.
