Tania , change mine and my son health plan without my consent l was very upset and l told Anthem Blue cross that she's not a very good person thier going to be losing patients that way Even the customer service call them they put her on hold and they hang up on her this person needs to be fired from her job
If I could give minus I would !!! DON’T COME HERE , always an excuse for paperwork they don’t file or transfer , worst service ever !!! Rude staff and rude doctor specially the one that’s always talking over you and don’t let you explain what you feel.
Tania assisted me with my referral and she was on top of it since day 1. She was amazing along with the dr and the rest of the staff. I'm greatful for Tania and her staff. She really is one of a kid -Douglas Monico
si pudiera darle cero estrellas lo haría es el peor lugar de atención el servicio que ofrece ese doctor es pésimo siempre te atiende enojado y en esta ocasión terrible llegue a las 9 y me atienden hasta las 10:00 y solo para que m e gritara y insultara porque el no tenia mis resultados de un físico y todavía me culpa de la incompetencia de su personal y de el mismo nunca mas iría y tengan cuidado porque este doctor no le gusta ayudar a sus pacientes solo le cuida la bolsa al seguro
