Careful, if you rate them poorly they'll likely try and sue. Even if they did a poor job. Edit (since I can't reply) I'm afraid your information is incorrect since technically I only break point 2 of your reply since proof was supplied by a friend of your defamation lawsuit against them due to negative review. Which means my post isn't false or misleading, it's not spam or off topic since you are trying to lawsuit a negative review which just looks bad coming from a company.
