I usually just use the car wash part, and really have no complaints about that. Today I pulled into the detail area to clean my windshield and vacuum, and was just disgusted. Even though it had just opened, I had to dig through wet dirty towels just to find the least dirty one, and then I got armor-all all over my windshield because the towel system SUCKS. Mostly a good clean. However, I had to remove some additional soil on the hood. That was probably my fault since I waited so long to get the wash. Personnel provided friendly and helpful service.
We just bought a new car. Flawless. Took it to be washed and something in the machine/ washing system scratches my vehicle. Left my card for the owner to call me. No call, no one could call them. 60000 dallor car with some scratches now.
